Lecture: The Final Miracle by Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan
written on Friday, 6 September 2013 @ 21:05 ✈

To all of you who are also a fan of Islamic lectures and also a fan of Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan (NAK), you might know about his tour in Malaysia which was held for the last two nights. I knew about it like a day before the event. I saw it on Facebook where a friend of mine posted about it. I, as a self-claimed fan of NAK's lectures, of course felt thrilled about it. It's been my dream to attend and listen to his lectures. So last night I went to one of his lectures with my friends at Merdeka Hall PWTC. There were like thousands of people attended his lectures, it was great to see our people gather for an event like this.

The lecture's topic was "The Final Miracle" which refers to our sacred Book of Allah, Quran. So last night, NAK was explaining about the greatness of Quran in its language perspective, which is Arabic. So we kinda learn a little bit about Arabic actually. All I can say is that, his speech was very thought-provoking. How Allah uses the same words but with its very own meaning (if we really learn about it), how Arabic language is  such a special language. I myself, learnt Arabic when I was in school. But I never really learned deeply about it because honestly, I just wanted to pass the test. I wasn't really a big fan of Arabic Language class, ya know? Last night, my mind opened up when I listen to him explaining about how each word in the Quran actually has a deeper meaning, and sometimes the meaning is beyond our understanding. And the stories in the Quran are not just stories you read before bedtime. They are more than that, if we really understand.

Nevertheless, I managed to record some of his speech during the lecture. My friends and I didn't stay until the end of the lecture actually. We left a little bit early because unfortunately we live so far from KL (okay not that far) and we didn't want to deal with the traffic jam later.

So here, I hope you guys found some gems in it. (sorry about the laugh and the cough and the annoying voice in the background hehe)

*please click here for full lecture. thank you.*
